Richard Allan Canter is President of the RAC3
Group. Richard is a professional leadership coach, and a skillful and intuitive
communicator with extensive business experience. By reflecting
with his clients, he enables individuals and organizations to
see the obvious, take action, create the environment and life
of their vision, makes real changes that energize and motivate,
and celebrate tremendous success.
Richard is a product of the processes he facilitates. Prior to
establishing the RAC3 Group in 2003, Richard spent over 30 years
in a variety of leadership roles, implementing change. His responsibilities
in Fortune 100 financial services and transportation companies
have included:
• Strategic planning and IT architecture development
• Project management, including complex enterprise-scale
development
• Business and IT process re-design
• Managing multiple, complex stakeholder relationships
• Developing new internal human resources programs
Richard is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), credentialed by the International Coach Federation and a Newfield Certified Ontological Coach (NCOC©)Richard has a Masters in Organizational Management, a Bachelor
of Music, and he is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute
(FLMI). He received the Bronze Star for Service while serving
with the US Army in Vietnam.
